    • Alameda hospital is a designated stroke center main recipient or the mini, skilled nursing facilities, and nursing homes on this Little busy island between San Francisco & Oakland. Occasionally floating to the medical-surgical telemetry units &  ICU
       

    • Delta-Sutter was an action packed ED serving multiple communities for more than 40 years. They were highly respected in the community the  patient population was as diverse as the healthcare providers, each of them with over a decade. I even met a fellow New Yorker joining as the new Director!
       

    • ​Dayton General is a remote hospital between the peaks and valleys just outside of a small town with the coolest airport, Walla Walla. It was the only healthcare facility for hours, driving to work looked like a Microsoft desktop, until they need a parking spot in access to electricity for my clustered week f night shift. While there on assignment I ran charge, precepted as needed, and frequently split time between ED, observation, and long stay unit given the smaller size and geographic location
